Hi everyone!
We had a slightly shorter, more relaxed livestream this time around. Instead of a massive, update-heavy session, this was more of a chance to check in with the community, cover a few key items, and talk about what we’re working on next.
If you couldn't make it, here’s a quick recap of what we covered.
Foundry VTT V14 is out on The Forge
The big news is that Foundry VTT V14 is now available on The Forge! That said, we do not recommend users update to it on our platform just yet.
As always, before we move a new version into the "Recommended" channel, we want to be 100% sure it’s stable and ready for your games. We’re currently focused on:
- Testing system and module compatibility
- Ensuring stability across all hosted games
- Perfecting its integration with Forge features
If you enjoy experimenting, you can try it out. You can find more details on the update process and what to expect in our blog post here.
Once we are certain that a release works on The Forge, is relatively stable, and will not receive any (further) hotfixes, we will move the release into our recommended release channel. This version will likely be moved into our recommended channel in the next few weeks. We’ll keep you posted as soon as V14 is ready for the "Recommended" badge.
Hiring
Our team has grown significantly over the past few months, and we’ve been hiring for a Senior Software Developer role.
If you’re interested, or know someone who might be a good fit, keep an eye on our jobs page for current openings and future opportunities.
Behind the Scenes Work
Even when things seem a bit quiet on the surface, there’s a ton happening under the hood.
Lately, our team has been heads-down on:
- General stability and performance improvements
- Fixing reported bugs
- Preparing for future updates, including V14 support
This kind of work isn't always flashy or visible, but it’s what keeps your games running smoothly every week. As always, your feedback and issue reports are incredibly helpful. Thank you for keeping us in the loop!
Community & Blog Content
We also had some fun recently with our April 1st "Immersion 2.0" post. If you haven't seen it yet, it’s definitely worth a read for a good laugh.
If you want to stay up to date with everything we post, including updates, sales, and blog content, make sure you are following us on your preferred platform or subscribed to our notification channels.
Bazaar Showcase
We took some time to highlight some fantastic packages available on The Bazaar:
Animated Spells 6 by Wild Magic Surge
It’s great for:
- Wild Magic Sorcerers
- more playful or chaotic encounters
- or just making spells feel a bit less “standard”.

Arctic Expansion - Wilderness - Pack 1 by Forgotten Adventures
If you’re building anything in a snowy or frozen setting, this gives you everything you need in one place.

Wetlands by Map Doctor
It’s perfect for:
- mysterious encounters
- unsettling exploration
- or anything where you want players to feel a bit… off.

Looking Ahead
While this stream was a quick checkpoint, the next one is going to be a big one!
May 21st - The Forge Anniversary Livestream 🎉
Mark your calendars! We are looking forward to:
- Showing off (finally!) our game environments functionality
- Discussing details of our anniversary sale, for both Bazaar packages and subscriptions.
- And discussing the future of The Forge.
You won't want to miss it!
